Your Mission
You will be the bridge between students and their future in Germany.
- Identify potential candidates
- Provide counselling
- Convert leads into successful enrolments.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Respond to and follow up with student inquiries (calls, WhatsApp, email, social media)
- Counsel students and parents about studying in Germany and our preparation programmes
- Assess student profiles and eligibility
- Guide students through the enrolment process
- Follow up consistently to convert leads into registered students
- Represent German Educare at education fairs, webinars, and recruitment events
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
- Achieve recruitment and enrolment targets
Important: Flexibility Required
Our recruitment activities often align with student availability, events, and deadlines. This role requires flexibility to work evenings and weekends when needed, especially during peak intake periods, education fairs, webinars, and application deadlines.
What We’re Looking For
- 1 to 3 years experience in student recruitment, sales, admissions, or education counselling
- Fluent in English and Mandarin
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Confident speaking with students and parents
- Target-driven
- Organised and detail-oriented
- Ability to handle objections and guide hesitant students

Social Media and Marketing Executive

At German Educare, we help students achieve their dream of studying in Germany. We’re looking for a creative, driven Social Media and Marketing Executive to help us reach more students, parents and build a recognisable education brand.
Your Mission
You’ll lead our digital presence and actively support marketing and student recruitment initiatives that directly drive enrolments.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Create high-impact content about studying in Germany
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns
- Manage different social media accounts
- Build and manage a strategic content calendar
- Engage with prospective students via comments and DMs
- Track analytics and optimise campaigns for leads and enrolments
- Support offline and online recruitment events (webinars, open days, education fairs, info sessions)
- Assist the team during peak recruitment periods
Important: Flexibility Required
This role requires flexibility to support marketing and recruitment activities during evenings and weekends when necessary (especially during campaign launches, application deadlines, and recruitment events). What You’ll Be Doing
- Write clear, compelling, and on-brand copy for social media, email campaigns, website pages, blog posts, and marketing materials
- Assist in developing creative concepts and messaging for campaigns
- Edit and proofread content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality
- Optimize copy for SEO and digital performance where applicable
- Create social media content
- Help script and edit short-form videos
- Research trends related to studying in Germany
- Help prepare marketing materials for webinars and recruitment events
- Engage with followers and respond to basic inquiries
What We’re Looking For
- Strong writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail
- Ability to write clear, engaging, and persuasive copy tailored to different audiences and platforms
- Basic understanding of marketing principles, branding, and digital content strategies
- Familiarity with social media platforms and content trends
- Interest in SEO and performance-driven content
- Creative thinker with the ability to generate fresh ideas and messaging concepts

At German Educare, we help students achieve their dream of studying in Germany. We’re looking for a Student Recruitment Intern who wants hands-on experience in admissions, counseling, and international education.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Assist in responding to student inquiries (calls, WhatsApp, email)
- Follow up with leads generated by marketing campaigns
- Support student counselling sessions
- Help assess eligibility and collect documents
- Assist during webinars and education events
- Support recruitment drives during peak intake periods
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication skills
- Confident speaking to students and parents
- Target-driven and eager to learn counselling skills
- Flexible to occasionally work evenings/weekends during recruitment periods

Roles and responsibilities:
- Conduct German language classes according to the CEFR syllabus.
- Able to teach both offline (face-to-face) and online.
- Record German lessons for online learning.
- Plan lessons.
Fresh grads with at least B1 level of German are encouraged to apply. You will have to undergo a teacher training program before you are assigned your own class, and you will also need to further your German to the higher level.
